Incident follow-up: On March 22nd at 15.10, it was discovered that the application forms were non-responsive, and Multi Selection Questions were pre-filled with all alternatives. After investigation, the issue was identified as a code error after an update of web accessibility compliance features implemented during the afternoon. The error was corrected at 16.05 on March 22nd, and the incident was resolved
